intense straw yellow colour. Nose of citrus and tropical fruits with
honey, complemented by caramel toffee and vanilla aromas. A new wave white wine from Rioja using an original blend of local white grape varieties, fermented in oak barrels prior to oak ageing. Silver medal winner in the Challenge internacional du vin at Bordeaux's Vinexpo 2003. Serve chilled between 8 and 10C.

General Notes: An everyday drinking fizz, dry but packed with fruit, this is for enjoying spontaneously with friends and family as an aperitif, or perfect for BBQs in the summer months. Possibly even for a Buck’s Fizz or Black Velvet for that morning after remedy!

Ageing: Produced in the traditional manner, with fermentation and maturing in bottle for a minimum of 30 months before release. General Notes: A dry bubbly with great finesse due to its elongated time in bottle. The mouthfeel of the “mousse” when it hits the palate should be soft and forgiving. The perfect bottle to crack for a special occasion or celebration. Do not serve too cold as essential aromas and flavours will be lost. 6C – 8C is ideal.
